Looking at these glasses, I do believe that these were made by Culver, because of the gold designs.
Culver started making special glasses for each state and for special places like these casinos from Laughlin, NV.

These Culver Double Old Fashion glasses have beautiful 22KT gold bands, one of Culver's beautiful patterns.
Glass have a satin glass with gold designs.

In this set, you have 6 glasses: 2 - Harrahs, 3 Edgewater and 1 Colorado Belle. Each design has the name of the casino with the picture of the hotel/casino in Laughlin. A very cool addition to your Culver collection.

The super-heated, roll-on process of gold remains a secret today. These glasses are not signed, therefore dating them to 1970's
