A rare find of Haviland & Co Limoges porcelain oyster plate made from 1880's. Beautiful hand painted porcelain with 5 wells for oysters outlined in gold with rust and brown flowers and leaves.
Back of each plate is marked: Haviland & Co, Davis Collomore & Co, Broadway and 21st Street, New York. and also H & Co over a capital L in green. These marks were used between 1876 - 1889. This dates this plate over 140 years old.
Excellent condition with no chips
